Vietnam Investments Group (VIG) is looking for talents to join Business Development Manager (FnB), working on our portfolio - TAPTAP.
TAPTAP is Vietnam's #1 Engagement & Loyalty platform with 3M users and 3,000+ partner stores across 15 industries. Simultaneously, we enable businesses of all sizes to better understand and engage with their valuable customers across offline and online channels while streamlining and digitalizing their operations.
What you will be responsible for:
• Own business development planning, progress, and results. Responsible for meeting assigned KPI regarding partnership development.
• Own the business development from ideas, pitching, closing, to tracking performance of merchants working with TAPTAP
• Focus not only on opening new outlets of FnB merchants but also other potential industries
• Attract merchants' participation and investment in TAPTAP's campaigns.
• Be the bridge between TAPTAP (product, tech, and marketing team) with merchants - channel back to internal teams' perspectives, feedback, and requests of merchants.
• Act as the Point-of-Contact to maintain merchant's active participation and contribution to TAPTAP. Coordinate among relevant teams to nurture and improve merchant's relationship.
• Co-operate with the Marketing team to design merchant facing initiatives. Conduct rigorous experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of these initiatives that will inform long term strategy, leveraging both qualitative and qualitative data and merchant insights.
• Own and meet team OKRs and KPIs, e.g. revenue, gross volume, number of merchants and stores, presence in key verticals identified, number of transactions etc.

Yêu cầu
You will have the following skills and experience:
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership management - experience ideally in B2B companies related to F&B and/or FMCG
• 5+ years' experience managing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership. Demonstrated leadership in driving engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the development of their teams
• Strong desire to work in a start-up environment.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with prospective merchants.
• Excellent hands-on experience in establishing partnership with upper/executive management level of big brands.
• Experience in selling CRM/customer data management would be helpful.
• An inspiring and engaging manner with a track-record of leading high-performing teams with the ability to create and deliver change.
• Sound consultative and solution selling skills with a proven track record.
