Job summary
- Collecting information about business plan, budget plan, actual performance and financial statements.
- Analyzing financial situations of Saigon Beer Trading one-member company and 10 trading JSC to identify theirstrengths and weaknesses, to regularly report in time when needed, to ensure compliance and effectiveness.Job responsibilities
A. Business and budget plan
- Review, evaluate business plan, budget plan in details of trading companies and trading one-member company; review sales numbers, all operation and sales support expenses, etc. and other issues related to AGM contents.
- Adjust, change their plans according to the orientation of planning division.
- Estimate, forecast their business plans when SABECO's plan changes to achieve highest profits and efficiency.
- Require these companies to provide information, adjust figures, documents according to request and orientation of SABECO.
- Review, evaluate, report as requested.
- Collect data of trading companies and trading one - member company to report to planning division.
- Update, collect data of trading companies' plan if adjustment of changes are made in their plans.
- Collect their information, documents resolution of AGM, minutes of AGM, dividend payment situation and business operation, etc.
- Handle any uncertainties.
B. SABECO's capital representative of trading companies about AGM's agenda and other issues
- Execute according to SABECO's procedure, reporting to GD/ BOD for approval of AGM business plans of trading companies.
- Review, evaluate all contents of AGM agenda, recommendation of companies or representatives.
C. Reporting actual business performance
- Update, review, evaluate their business operations according to their financial statements, management reports (monthly/ quarterly / yearly).
- Prepare management monthly report such as: P&L, sales support expenses, detail costs, sales volume, promotions, etc.
- Control, evaluate performance of sales promotion projects of all trading companies.
- Estimate, forecast yearly performance based on actual performance.
- Report regularly or as requested.
D. Reporting financial ratios, business operation
- Collect data, evaluate the cause of increase/decrease and compare to actual/plan/yoy.
- Report regularly or as requested and recommending solutions.
E. Do other tasks assigned by direct manager.
