Manager, Global Markets Dealer

Join our Global Markets team and play a key role in executing trading strategies, supporting client flow activities, managing market risks, and identifying opportunities across FX, Money Market and Fixed Income products.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute trading transactions across FX (Spot, Forward, Swap), Money Market, Bonds, Certificates of Deposit and other treasury products.
Monitor and manage trading positions within approved limits, ensuring adherence to risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
Provide competitive pricing, market intelligence and execution support to internal stakeholders and clients.
Analyze market developments, economic trends, monetary policies and liquidity conditions to identify trading opportunities.
Contribute market commentary, trading ideas and investment insights to support business growth and client engagement.
Maintain strong relationships with market counterparties, liquidity providers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all trading activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards.
Prepare trading reports, market updates and support product development or process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury, Global Markets, Trading, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange or related financial markets functions.
Practical experience in FX, Money Market, Fixed Income or Treasury products.
Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury products and market risk management.
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv or treasury systems is an advantage.
CFA qualification or CFA Candidate status would be an added advantage.
