POSITION SUMMARY
Cooperate with company and management requirement, develop and implement the main goals and work plans of the department. Strengthen team management, follow up orders and timely garment delivery with quality and quantity, and achieve win-win results for company and customers.
Responsibility
1 SOP and strategy cooperation
• Establish and improve the workflow and management system of the department, and lead the management team work assignment and adjustment according to the business needs of the company and the department.
2 Department work monitor
• Organize regular meetings and monitor team colleagues' working on time and accurate. Communicate and coordinate the problems of colleagues in the process of work, maintain good communication and cooperation with other functional department, timely solve and follow up to ensure that the relevant work complete on time.
3 Team Management
• Make and arrange the training for the team colleagues, improve work ability and efficiency, and strengthen team building.
• Responsible for the assessment of staff at all levels of the department, propose improvement measures for existing problems and track the improvement results.
4 Customer service
• Respond to customers' emails quickly and accurately, Consider the interests of the company and give the best suggestions to customers, maintain good relations with customers to achieve win-win results.
5 Others
• Complete other temporary work tasks assigned by managerment.
