Mô tả công việc
Review, administer, and ensure timely submission of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual Compliance reports
Maintain strong familiarity with WPP and WPP Media Compliance policies and the WPP Risk and Control Matrix (RCM)
Scrutinize and refine internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), authorization matrices, local policies, and control processes
Serve as the central coordinator for local ICFR and Internal audits
Review and assess remediation actions from Internal and External audit findings
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders on compliance queries
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on WPP policies
Lead workshops and projects to strengthen the overall governance framework

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in risk, control, or compliance functions
Strong background in SOX compliance
Solid understanding of internal controls, ICFR frameworks, and audit processes
Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Proven ability to work independently with a high level of initiative, self motivation, and ownership
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in risk, control, or compliance functions
Strong background in SOX compliance
