Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Line Manager and other Specialties colleagues to identify and develop business opportunities that generate long term client relationships and profitable revenue growth from the full range of new and existing products and services.
• Primarily responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through day to day account management of a book of business or client accounts.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, solidifying relationships to secure existing business with identified clients and growing the business through selling additional products and/or solutions aligned to client needs.
Growth and Sales
• Accountable for delivering the in country Divisional growth plan, with a focus on sales and growth for industry specialty segments of Marine, Power, and Renewables.
• Deliver the agreed growth plan and budget for the allocated client portfolio, and contribute to the annual planning cycle.
• Manage the growth planning framework, including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
• Shared ownership of the pipeline with the Line Manager.
• Coordinate, align, and focus the best resources on pipeline opportunities.
• Implement all best practice sales & marketing procedures.
• Stay on track and increase the year on year client retention ratio.
• Ensure quality standards in managing responses to RFPs.
• Undertake other projects/initiatives as assigned.
Client Ownership
• Constantly identify valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships and positively influencing sales and client retention.
• Achieve a positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review the value proposition to strengthen overall partnership positioning.
• Create and maintain client relationships, and build upon new business relationships.
Operational Excellence
• Ensure accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines into the required internal platform.
• Review all outgoing client documents, including but not limited to renewal contracts and client workshop communications/decks.
• Manage and supervise the team on day to day operations to ensure Operational Excellence targets are achieved.
• Deliver sales management reporting as required to the supervisor.
Leadership
• Build trusted relationships with the leadership of CRHA that facilitate and encourage collaboration and Aon United opportunities.
• Build on the strengths of the team, develop HiPo talent, and address gaps in expertise.
• Act as a support and escalation point for team members.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 5 years of experience in the Insurance industry
• Possessing exceptional client-facing and technical skills, with very strong interpersonal skills (effective communication across organizational levels, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence)
• Fluency in written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English
• Having an analytical outlook, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstration of self-discipline
• Highly motivated to achieve goals, with strong business knowledge
• Underwriting experience and/or fluency in a third language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) is an advantage
