Note: Interview before Tet Holiday - Start working after Tet Holiday.
The Director is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
A. Business Management & StrategyExpected outcome: Drive the team towards achieving organizational vision as well as financialtarget assigned by BOD.Tasks:1. Direct and control the center's operations so as to ensure that the organization achieves itsmission and objectives2. Create and report on business plans, lead in implementing and monitoring its efficacy andprogress3. Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs and maintaincompetitive product quality, all while delivery excellent customer service4. Monitor the annual budget and ensure that revenue/sales targets are met5. Prepare monthly, quarter and annual reports and give strategic advice to CEO and Board ofDirectors
B. Sales & MarketingExpected outcome: Effectively consolidate/enhance GPA's market stronghold and maximizingits revenue.Tasks:1. Manage and report on the effective implementation of marketing strategy to maintain marketpresence and generate sales leads2. Directly create and implement major campaigns to boost revenue (public events, salescampaigns, client networking...) and act as center figurehead in those campaigns3. Research and implement effective sales techniques to improve sales conversion rate4. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the market and competitors5. Direct and control the creation of Sales Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, leaflets...)
C. Academics & Quality ControlExpected outcome: Ensure the team upholds high standards of academic performance andclient satisfaction so that sustainable growth is achieved.Tasks:1. Oversee the quality of counseling programs, customer service and level of service in linewith service agreements and other retention strategies2. Maintain the database of student progress and results for each counseling season3. Manage human resources, including attracting, hiring and retention of personnel4. Conduct training and coaching to support members of the team5. Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission

Experience in management, sales and marketing, and operation
Experience in education, service or hospitality
Study abroad experience is a plus

Salary and BenefitsThe Director will be paid on a monthly basis at the fixed rate in gross salary. You are expected tocomplete a probation period of two (02) months as Director. On or around your two-monthcompletion, we will conduct a performance review as the basis to establish a permanent appointmentfor the position. Salary range: 25.000.000VND - 30.000.000VND, depending on experience andqualifications.
Performance BonusIn addition to the monthly salary, the Director is entitled to 13th month salary and additional annualbonus if GPA Counseling achieves its annual target for revenue and profitability. This amount iscalculated based on the target for annual profit as established at the beginning of the year and takinginto account any adjustments agreed by the CEO, and will be paid once a year at the end of Januaryof the following year. This performance bonus is effective upon the start of the permanentappointment.In addition to the monthly salary, the Director is entitled to 13th month salary and additional annualbonus if GPA Counseling achieves its annual target for revenue and profitability. This amount iscalculated based on the target for annual profit as established at the beginning of the year and takinginto account any adjustments agreed by the CEO, and will be paid once a year at the end of Januaryof the following year. In addition, the Director may be offered performance bonuses based on businessresults of the division and his/her performance, at the discretion of the BOD
Performance Review and PromotionFollowing the two-month review, the Director will receive performance reviews twice a year in Juneand December each year.
Annual and Sick LeaveAs a full-time employee, the Director is entitled to all statutory holidays, sick leave and paidholidays as indicated by the Government of Vietnam.
Health InsuranceGPA Vietnam provides basic health insurance coverage for all of its full-time employees. It intendsto comply with all government requirements concerning social security and payroll taxes, if suchrequirements exist.
