Manufacturing Accounting Manager

Cost Accounting (VinFast Production, VinES, VinEG, VinFast Ha Tinh)
- Control and verify the updating of data from related departments to ensure accuracy and
completeness for cost calculation.
- Perform product costing, review the reasonableness, and compare cost of goods sold (COGS)
fluctuations across periods.
- Collaborate on the comparison between actual costs and planned costs for management
purposes.
- Monitor inventory movements of goods and raw materials in the system, including irregular
transactions, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution measures.
- Cooperate with departments to conduct annual and ad-hoc inventory counts related to stock.
Assets Accounting Tasks:
- Create asset and tool codes and provide the codes to relevant departments.
- Control the recording of asset-related expenses to ensure they are appropriate, complete, and
recorded in the correct period.
- Accumulate costs and transfer assets upon completion and commissioning.
- Provide remaining value of assets upon asset liquidation and coordinate asset transfers within
the system.
- Calculate depreciation expenses and allocate expenses related to assets.
- Prepare reports related to assets: asset disclosures, capitalization of borrowing costs,
depreciation reports for budgeting, models, etc.
Compliance Control Tasks:
- Implement SOX compliance according to the RCM (Risk and Control Matrix) for internal
control.
- Work with the Internal Control Department, Internal Audit, and Independent Audit to address
issues related to compliance with the company's asset management processes
