• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Utilize data analysis tools to monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Train and support production staff on new processes and technologies.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
• Support the launch of new products by developing and optimizing manufacturing processes.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficient in data analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools is a plus.
• Experience with quality management systems and compliance standards is preferred.
