Mô tả công việc
- Monitor and improve production yield in processes such as Mold, Laser, Dispenser, Saw, Sputter, etc.
- Set up production programs based on initial customer drawings.
- Optimize programs and troubleshoot process errors.
- Design jigs and carriers to support production.
- Analyze and investigate issue, collaborate with related departments and customers.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering majors such as Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
- Good English skills for work (communication, reading and understanding technical documents).
- Fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and passion for engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and have knowledge about GD&T.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is a plus.
- Can work for night shift.
