In this role, you will be responsible for tasks in Manufacturing Finance Department, using your skills to process and
analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including other departments and VINFAST's
partners, to create cutting-edge solutions, drive the company's success and to propel our global expansion within the
automotive sector/industry.
Location: Hai Phong (30% Hanoi)
Job Responsibilites
• Organize the financial control system for production activities (including supply chain)
• Ensure compliance with financial control activities that impact key financial indicators, and ensure adherence
to financial control regulations according to Vietnamese standards and international standards (VAS, IFRS,
SOX, etc.)
• Manage, develop, and control the budget for production, including short-term, long-term, Capex, Opex, and
Cash Flow
• Control and optimize the financial performance of key production activities and indicators, ensuring optimal
resource use and cost efficiency alongside operational effectiveness
• Perform other activities, partnering with operations such as investment project appraisal, financial training for
the plant, and for the finance and accounting team
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g.,
CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus
• At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with significant experience in manufacturing or
production finance
• Experience in setting up systems, optimizing operations, and managing the planning functions of an
organization/team
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Experience working abroad or in a multicultural environment is an advantage
• Proficient in English (4 skills)
• Willing to travel for work
