Manufacturing Finance Manager

As Head of Finance, you will oversee financial operations and ensure effective financial management for the company. This role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational leadership.

My client is a fast-growing international manufacturing company based in Binh Duong, with ambitious expansion plans and continued investment in its operations in Vietnam.
Description
Lead all finance operations, including accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, cash flow, tax, and risk management, ensuring compliance with VAS and local regulations.
Act as a strategic business partner to operational leaders, providing financial insights and supporting business planning, decision-making, and long-term growth.
Lead, develop, and manage the finance team, overseeing performance, coaching, employee development, and day-to-day operations.
Ensure robust financial controls, statutory reporting, corporate compliance, and timely, accurate financial statements in line with reporting deadlines.
Drive finance transformation initiatives by improving financial systems, processes, policies, and supporting ERP implementation projects.
Collaborate with regional finance teams and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Chief Accountant certificate is preferred.
Over 10 years of accounting/finance experience, including people management.
Manufacturing finance background with strong knowledge of inventory management, costing, and technical accounting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills with the ability to work independently and drive improvements.
Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
