Summary/Objective: The planner's role is to plan, manage, monitor, and follow up on the delivery schedule and expedite. Roadmap transfer and work center hours balancing.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Review and scheduling Large Order Expedites, coordinate with
Purchasing on material requirements
Coordinate with customer service and work center on pull-in/push-out requests
Coordinate with Order Management and work center to prioritize P1/ DPAS orders
Customer forecast and capacity review
Monitor and follow up on the delivery schedule
Review and monitor work center, expedite/email follow-up to ensure orders ship on time, review past due /due order/ STCAP report.
Engage with internal departments to resolve issues to minimize impact and ship the order on time
Work with material planner to expedite needed material and achieve customer requirements
Review production capacity identify hot spot, risk to capacity and actions to minimize the risk
Roadmap / ASPs / product transfer execution, hours balancing between plants and work center
Coordinate with internal team on New ASPs capability review
Review and monitor overall run ahead%, OTD% performance
