I. Purpose
The Manufacturing Sales Representative is in charge of the business development, and direct and indirect sales activities for sustaining and uplifting business into business sales of TEKCOM products within assigned territories of the Manufacturing Sector. With the use of a range of account activities, outstanding customer service, and the utilization of pertinent knowledge he/she would be able to increase the salability of TEKCOM products.
II. Responsibilities and key activities
1. Customer relationship management
Responsible for developing TEKCOM's position and manufacturer customer base in the Vietnam market.
Ensures development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
Approves and follows up on customer plans in his/her customer base.
Identifies and builds relationships with key decision-makers, potential new targets, and influencers.
Evaluate product performance by extracting customer feedback, therefore, giving an interface with the Product Management.
Must be able to give sales support and produce leads by attending trade shows. He/she must also be able to appraise the sales status and be able to identify the competitor's edge and strategies. Hence recognizing new market opportunities and foreseeing the success of TEKCOM products is possible.
Spend his/her time traveling to and visiting with current customers and prospective buyers.
2. Sell
Responsible for the Sales process.
Responsible for ensuring results (orders, contracts, profitability, and price development).
In charge of sales targets cascaded from Sales Manager.
Maintain TEKCOM product's competitiveness by recommending an effective pricing program.
Approves price proposal within sales person authorization.
3. Leadership / People management
Sharing best practices/ information with the sales team to improve Sales Skill effectiveness.
Ensures adequate resources to achieve the short and long-term targets.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commercials field, preferably in International trading/ External Economics.
Computer: Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ...), google apps, social networks.
Language: Good command of both spoken & written English, Chinese is a plus.
Experience:
At least 01-02 years experience in the sales role.
Understands the selling cycle, customer's purchasing strategies, selling, negotiating, reporting, and funnel management.
Understanding business planning and controlling and leading people.
Skills/ Personalities
Presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working under high stress.
Other requirements
Compliant with Company regulations and instructions from higher-level staff.
Highly responsible, ambitious, self-motivated and proactive.
