Job Description
Workshop Training
Develop, organize and manage training programs for workshop employees.
Coordinate with Production to ensure training meets operational requirements.

Skill
Matrix & Training Records
Build and update Skill Matrix for each work cell.
Manage employees' skill profiles and training records.
Identify skill gaps and arrange necessary training.
3. Onboarding & Basic Skills Training
Provide/coordinate training on PPE, work cell layout, material handling, basic grinding, WI, production drawings, 5S, INCR/CNCR and ECR/DUR.
Ensure new employees meet basic competency requirements before working independently.
4.
Employee
Rotation & Skill Development
Ensure employees have the required skills when moving between work cells.
Lead skill improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and safety.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Production, HSE, HR and relevant departments on training and competency development.
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.
Requirement
College/University degree, Engineering background is mandatory.
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with 2+ years in a similar training/supervisory role.
Experience in mechanical manufacturing or wood manufacturing is preferred.
Good at English
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently in a workshop environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
