Mô tả công việc
Develop and execute annual marketing, communications and budget plans aligned with business and brand objectives.
Manage brand standards and ensure consistent brand identity across all guest touchpoints.
Lead digital marketing, social media, website, content creation and online reputation management across all properties.
Develop and execute PR, media and KOL/influencer strategies to increase brand awareness and coverage.
Plan and measure campaigns, promotions, CRM and cross-property initiatives to drive revenue and guest engagement.
Manage creative, media and production agencies, strategic partnerships and marketing suppliers.
Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, setting clear objectives and performance KPIs.

Yêu cầu
University degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Hospitality Management or related field; digital marketing certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 5 years in marketing communications, PR or brand management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Hospitality, resort, luxury, lifestyle or F&B/entertainment background strongly preferred; multi-brand or multi-property experience is an advantage.
Strategic thinker who translates business objectives into effective, measurable communication plans.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling and presentation skills.
Hands-on with social media, paid digital, SEO/SEM, website CMS, email/CRM and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Strong brand, PR, influencer and event marketing knowledge; solid budget management and negotiation skills.
Creative, organised and able to balance the priorities of three properties under tight deadlines; promotes teamwork and quality.
Fluent English and Vietnamese (spoken and written) with business-standard writing in both; a third language (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Russian) is an advantage.
