General Equity represents a full service commercial real estate company that specializes in industrial, retail, hotel, office, and apartment developments in the United States. We're a young, international, dynamic team that operates like a startup. We're looking for a motivated self-starter that is looking to make an impact.
In this position - Market Analyst - you will be working in our Business Intelligence Unit. Your job will be to research new potential markets for General Equity's business operations.

Applicant Requirements
● Native-Level English reading comprehension
● Computer Literate
● Detail Oriented -- your work is both precise & accurate
● Self-motivated, hard-working
● Ability to learn complex processes in English
● 3+ years of Experience in one of the following: { Market Research, Data Analysis, Business Analysis }
● Not required, but preferred: Experience with database querying & automating workflows
Preferred Education
● Graduate University Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math, Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting
Responsibilities
● Work Hours: 9AM - 6PM
● Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (half day)
● Data aggregation: you will be responsible for finding, collecting, and recording market data at the request of the company
● The datasets that you produce must have greater than 99.7% accuracy
● Interpret & draw conclusions from your dataset
● Produce Data-driven Research Reports
● Produce Economic Reports
● You must be able to defend your analysis
● Contribute to strategic planning meetings
● Translate English/Vietnamese Text at the request of the company
● Complete all tasks assigned to you with diligence
