Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in building market intelligence database, producing real estate market report of Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces, and consult for investment team.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties
Data Collection: Collect data relating to real estate projects, legal update, infrastructure development by contacting sales agents, agencies or using personal network.
Research & Recommendation: Research on potential projects and recommendation for pricing, development concept to supervise for investment team and other departments.
Data Management: Maintain and update database.
Cooperation & Reporting:
Liaise with real estate consultancy firm for market report.
Produce market research report by monthly, quarterly, and yearly & other specific reports with support of Deputy
Business Development Manager.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management
