About the role
We are seeking a Marketing staff. Experience or knowledge in marketing is not necessary, but we are looking for someone who has a diligent attitude toward learning about marketing. It would be even better if the applicant has creative thinking skills and the ability to grasp consumer trends and behaviors to devise ways to make products sell.
Responsibilities:
- Following
marketing manager request and following to handle daily chores patiently.
- Candidates who have a willingness to learn, even without experience in marketing, are welcome.
- Provide direction and guidance to outsourced teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing.
- Collaborate with sales team in organizing various projects such as developing marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, social media campaigns etc.
- Organizing and participating in industry-related events to promote our brand.
- Supporting Company Marketing activities like events, seminar ... and others tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
- Accomplish other Sales and Marketing and Sales Freelancer - related tasks as needed that are assigned by the Direct manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Vietnamese citizens, over 25 years old, with at least 3 years of proven experience in companies. Experience in the marketing field is preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese (N3 level).
- Social content writing
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web searches. Preference will be given to candidates who can use graphic design tools and software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, adapt to high-pressure situations, be honest, and work overtime when necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked for foreign companies, especially multinational corporations (MNCs).
- Intended date of starting work: As soon as possible.
