Mô tả công việc
● Strategy: be the key person defining the 360 marketing plan collaborating with the founding team, focused on attracting relevant online and offline small businesses
● Prioritize across Channels: prioritize and execute acquisition activities across Sellde's customer touchpoints (platform, blog, social media etc), online/offline events, specialized media channels, partnerships, public relations (PR)
● Lead Generation Campaigns: Execute campaigns with a mix of outbound and inbound activities, working with the commercial/BD team to acquire customers and optimize channel spend
● Content Creation: Define the weekly/monthly content and media strategy, coordinating with other teams and contract staff/agencies to execute
● Performance Ads: Handle or oversee the execution and optimization of Social Media marketing
● Innovate!: Assess and innovate, experimenting with newest/hottest channels to attract
Sellers by understanding trends, seller behavior, brand shifts etc
● Build a Team: Over time, successful candidates will build out and lead a team
Yêu cầu
● 3-5 years in digital marketing strategy and execution, with experience in content creation and performance marketing
● Attracting SME's: experience reaching and attracting small businesses
● Experience in Cosmetics or Fashion would be a plus
● Native in Vietnamese and reasonable Business English (verbal; written)
● Strong project and stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate and deliver within tight timelines
● Strong data analysis skills and ability to work with Powerpoint, Excel etc
● Proactive with an entrepreneurial can-do mindset. Able to deal with change and adapt
