Mô tả công việc
- Market Research & Analysis:
+ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in the German market.
+ Analyze competitors, customer needs, and market developments to support strategic decisions.
- Sales Support:
+ Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with German clients and partners.
+ Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to the German market.
+ Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Marketing Activities:
+ Implement marketing campaigns to promote DFM's services in Germany.
+ Manage content creation for digital platforms (LinkedIn, email marketing, website, Notions) in German.
+ Coordinate with design teams to develop marketing materials that align with DFM.
- Administrative Tasks:
+ Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date client information.
+ Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales performance metrics.

Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in B2B or tech industries.
- Language Skills: English (both written and spoken), level at least B1 in German will be preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in technology, engineering, or digital services sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
