Marketing associate - KOL & KOC Management (HCM Base)

We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate who understands Vietnam's influencer landscape and is passionate about building relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and content creators.

Key Responsibilities
1. KOL & KOC Recruitment & Management
Identify, approach, and recruit suitable KOLs, KOCs, and content creators to collaborate with our brands.
Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, product seeding, and campaign coordination.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators.
Expand our influencer network across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
2. Community Building & Engagement
Develop and grow a strong community of KOCs, brand advocates, and beauty enthusiasts.
Create engagement activities to strengthen relationships and encourage organic brand advocacy.
Build a sustainable creator network for ongoing campaigns and collaborations.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor influencer campaign performance, including reach, engagement, content output, and sales conversion.
Track KOL/KOC recruitment results and campaign KPIs.
Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in KOL/KOC recruitment, influencer marketing, or related roles.
Good understanding of Vietnam's beauty market, social media trends, and influencer ecosystem.
Experience working with TikTok creators, KOCs, and affiliate marketing is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and identify opportunities.
Passion for skincare, beauty, and digital marketing.
