IN DETAIL, YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB WILL BE
- Successfully executing GTM marketing campaigns on time for multiple products across digital channels such as websites, emails, advertisements, social media, and exploring new channels;
- Conducting market research to uncover digital trends, competitors, and opportunities, while deeply undertaking competitor analysis for each product;
- Efficiently acting as a crucial touchpoint for product managers and collaborating with the founding team to refine and continually update the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) with monthly enhancements;
- Collaboratively facilitating the creation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) by connecting early customer feedback, prospects, and internal team insights to meet specific market needs;
- Working alongside sales and marketing teams to expertly build and optimize customer acquisition funnels through SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, aiming to achieve the target of monthly active users (MAU) or paying clients within the GTM framework;
- Creating and managing engaging content across digital marketing channels for the GTM strategy, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital ads;
- Analyzing digital marketing performance with key metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness and optimizing strategies for the best return on investment during market entry and product launches;
- Designing and developing reporting or dashboard templates to monitor product performance and signals using tools like Google Analytics 4;
- Promptly initiating marketing and sales efforts to build the brand, stimulate demand, and strengthen the sales pipeline;
- Always staying abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to propose innovative approaches;
- Fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the GTM team.
