Objective
Oversee marketing activities across all online and offline channels, including planning strategy and managing content to enhance brand awareness on social media. This role involves evaluating marketing data and consumer behavior, as well as coordinating with relevant internal and external departments to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
Main Responsibility
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee content creation for digital platforms, brochures, advertising materials, and promotional catalogs.
• Manage and execute promotional activities, including creating and distributing POP/POSM at the point of sale.
• Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead brand-building efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams and participate in road trips to the provinces to support sales efforts.
• Work with agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery of projects.
• Manage digital presence, including website, SEO, and social media.
• Monitor marketing budgets and prepare presentations, evaluations, and reports on campaign effectiveness.
