We are looking for a dynamic, agile, and result-oriented
Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Communications (MarCom) Section. In this role, you will be a key player in executing integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating product launches, and managing multi communication channels. Job Descriptions
1. Campaign Execution & Project Coordination
• Coordinate and execute 360-degree MarCom campaigns (Product Launches, Digital Awareness/Lead generation ad, and Sustaining activities).
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure efficient and effective execution of all marketing activities on schedule.
• Study & analyze market trends, product specifications, competitors, and target audiences to build data-driven briefs and effectively manage agencies for high-quality asset delivery (Key Visuals, product video, social media design, and event setups)
2. Ad-hoc Communication Support & Cross-Functional Projects
• Handle ad-hoc communication requests: Act as the MarCom touchpoint to provide communication and media support for other internal sections (Aftersales, MMV Auto Finance, MMV Used Car sections) upon request.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively participate in cross-departmental and inter-departmental projects as a marketing representative, ensuring brand/product and effective communication across all corporate initiatives.
3. Marketing Systems & Process Optimization
• Process Improvement: Participate in projects focused on building, improving, and developing internal marketing systems, tools, and workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Standardize guidelines, approval workflows, and reporting templates to streamline communication between the MarCom team, internal stakeholders, and external agencies.
4. Product marketing materials preparation
• Manage the localization and roll-out of design layouts and content across various touchpoints (POSM- point of sale materials, social media platforms, and websites) in collaboration with creative agencies.
• Ensure all communication materials strictly adhere to global and local brand guidelines, maintaining the brand's premium and standard-setting tone of voice.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven metrics.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience: 2 - 3 years of proven experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Event Management. Prior experience in launch campaigns or cross-functional projects within the Automotive, High-Tech, or similar industries is highly preferred.
