Support the management and ongoing development of the company's digital marketing channels, including email marketing, website content, social media and other digital communication platforms
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing and communication campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
Conduct market and competitor research to support the development of marketing materials, digital content and business development initiatives
Track and review digital marketing performance, and contribute insights and suggestions to improve campaign effectiveness
Provide general support for other marketing and communication activities as needed

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or content management
Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website content management, and basic SEO/SEM concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Good analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva or CMS) is an advantage
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
Willing to work overtime when required
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or content management
