Marketing Communications Executive

1. Anticipate guest's needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates.
2. Align working practices and conduct with Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts' Vision as Laguna Lang Co' Vision; consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests
3. Provide support to Marketing Department
4. Maintain and update database for marketing communications and public relations
5. Demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
6. Co-ordinate media activities and on-site media events
7. Compile daily and monthly news clippings and marketing communications reports
8. Assist in composing and translating press releases
9. Provide and update hotel information internally and externally
10. Organize, co-ordinate and conduct media related site inspections
11. Prepare content, images and maintain social media presence across all digital channels;
12. Use digital marketing techniques and tools to drive traffic to company pages;
13. Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies. Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information;
14. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
15. To develop and maintain good relations with customers and other departments
