Marketing & Communications Manager (Wyndham Hoi An Royal Beachfront Resort & Villas)

1. Responsible for managing and delivering the day by day marketing activity for the Hotel in line with the agreed Marketing Strategy
2. Responsible for the management and growth of the Hotel data and the targeted use of the database
3. Contribute to the creative process from creative brief to delivery for all hotel communications, collateral and websites (both internal and external) and the creation of copy to support this
4. To manage and co-ordinate the Hotel Communications Plan to ensure that all communications are targeted at the right audience and delivered on time. Ensure all activity fits into the approved plan to avoid duplication or over communication to the database
5. Responsible for tracking campaign success to enable us to understand the return on investment of each activity and aid future promotion plan through effective reporting
6. Responsible for planning and organization and contribution to the creative briefing process of all photography shoots, events and promotional activity relevant to the hotel business
7. Working closely with the graphic design team to deliver innovative and creative on-line campaigns
8. Management of design/third party agencies in relation to the hotel business
9. To ensure all activity carried out is managed within Company brand and values guidelines at all times
10. Ensure that the best possible rates are achieved through suppliers when ordering materials and services
11. Responsible for the production of a monthly marketing report for the hotel detailing key achievements, activity undertaken and future key initiatives
• Work closely with Director of Sales to achieve hotel further awareness
• Support in the management to press events and where appropriate, supporting the other departments during key area of activity
• Develop the annual marketing plan according to business and communication objectives and results
• Initiate and execute all marketing activities according to the annual marketing plan
