TASI is building a digital ecosystem connecting users, businesses, financial institutions, government stakeholders, and strategic partners.
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and confident Marketing Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our team and help build TASI's brand and digital presence in Solomon Islands.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in Fintech, Digital Payments, Technology, Marketing, and Communications, while gaining valuable international working experience.
The successful candidate will be based in Solomon Islands and will have opportunities to work with banks, government agencies, businesses, communities, and TASI's local and strategic partners.
JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Content Creator & Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing TASI's social media channels, supporting marketing campaigns, and strengthening TASI's brand presence in the Solomon Islands market.
The role combines Content Creation, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Communications, and Community Engagement.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating content, communicating with different stakeholders, representing the TASI brand, and adapting to an international working environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Content Creation
Develop creative and engaging content ideas for TASI and its products.
Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.
Produce short-form videos, Reels, TikTok videos, photos, graphics, and other visual content.
Develop storytelling and educational content around TASI, Tasi Wallet, TasiPay, TasiID, and other TASI products and services.
Turn fintech and technology concepts into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
Create content for product launches, marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community activities.
Capture photo and video content from TASI's activities and events in Solomon Islands.
Maintain consistency in TASI's brand identity, tone, and visual style.
B. Social Media Management
Manage TASI's official social media channels.
Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
Schedule, publish, and optimise content across different platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and community feedback.
Respond to social media enquiries or coordinate with the relevant team when required.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for TASI.
Track key performance indicators including reach, engagement, followers, views, and conversions.
Prepare regular social media performance reports and recommendations.
C. Marketing & Communications
Support the planning and execution of TASI's marketing campaigns in Solomon Islands.
Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, events, community engagement, and brand activities.
Prepare presentations, brochures, flyers, social media materials, promotional content, and other marketing collateral.
Support communication activities with customers, businesses, partners, and local communities.
Work closely with the management, business development, and product teams to align marketing activities with TASI's business objectives.
Identify local marketing opportunities, customer insights, and emerging market trends.
D. Events & Community Engagement
Participate in TASI events, community activities, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
Create photo and video content during events and activities.
Support engagement with local communities, businesses, universities, markets, and other relevant groups.
Assist in preparing communication materials for meetings and events.
Represent TASI professionally at selected events and activities.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT - ESSENTIAL
As this position is based full-time in Solomon Islands, strong English communication skills are an essential requirement.
Fluent English is required, both written and spoken.
The successful candidate must be able to:
Communicate confidently in English in everyday professional situations.
Write clear and professional English for social media, marketing materials, emails, presentations, and business communications.
Participate confidently in meetings, discussions, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
Communicate professionally with banks, government agencies, business partners, customers, and local communities.
Understand and respond appropriately to English-language instructions and business communications.
Candidates must be comfortable using English as their primary working language.
