Mô tả công việc
- To be the contact point between the BOD and the marketing outsourcing;
- Coordinate with marketing outsourcing in transferring requirements, creating ideas, and providing marketing resources such as company information, internal images, and documents related to the marketing campaign of the Firm;
- Communicate, coordinate, and allocate tasks for collaborators/ web coders in SEO projects, translation, article writing & typing.
- Proofread, publish and manage legal insights posts on website
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (traffic on digital campaigns, awareness on social media,...)
- Support in setting up legal Seminars and research information on conferences and organizations to support business development
- Manage contracts, records, documents, payment requests and other papers works related to marketing outsourcing;
- Make reports related to marketing;
- Other task is assigned by the Managing Partner
Yêu cầu
- Must be good in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0) and MS Office
- From 1 years experiencing in Marketing Fields, have knowledge about Adobe Photoshop, Linkedin digital tools (SEO optimizing, LinkedIn,...)
- Have experience in social media management
- Experienced and flexible in using a range of marketing tools
- Attention to detail especially when posting content publicly
- Appreciate high strategic thinking
- Completing tasks in a timely manner
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Willing to learn, conscientious and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
