Marketing Director - responsible for overseeing Marketing at the Einstein School System
Location: ESH, ESVT and other places assigned by the Company.
Report to: General Director
Responsible for developing, managing, and leading the overall Marketing strategy and operations of the School. Drive brand development, strengthen ESH's market positioning, enhance brand awareness, and ensure the effectiveness of all Marketing activities in alignment with the School's strategic direction and development objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term Marketing strategies and plans aligned with the School's overall development objectives.
Establish and strengthen ESH's brand positioning and competitive advantage in the education market.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify opportunities and formulate appropriate Marketing strategies.
Advise the General Director on brand strategy, communications, and key Marketing initiatives.
2. Marketing Management & Execution
Lead and oversee integrated Marketing campaigns, including
Digital Marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, and events.
Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all communication channels.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with media agencies, press, communication partners, and advertising vendors.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize Marketing effectiveness.
Oversee communication risk management and lead responses to issues that may affect the School's reputation and brand image.
3. Budget & Resource Management
Develop, submit for approval, and manage the annual Marketing budget.
Monitor expenditures, evaluate investment effectiveness, and optimize resource allocation.
Establish KPIs and performance measurement systems to monitor and evaluate Marketing activities.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, manage, and take overall responsibility for the performance of the Marketing Department.
Develop the department's organizational structure, assign responsibilities, and evaluate team performance.
Recruit, train, and develop a capable and professional Marketing team.
Establish effective collaboration with the School Leadership Team and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in Marketing activities.
AUTHORITIES
Lead and make decisions on the department's professional operations within the approved scope of responsibilities and budget.
Propose Marketing strategies, budgets, organizational structure, and staffing plans.
Assign tasks, coordinate, evaluate team performance, and recommend personnel-related actions within the department.
Represent the School in working with partners, media agencies, and service providers within the scope of delegated authority.
Request relevant departments to coordinate and provide necessary information and resources to support Marketing activities.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Achievement of approved Marketing strategies and plans.
Effectiveness of ESH brand awareness, positioning, and development.
Performance of communication and Digital Marketing campaigns.
Effective utilization of the Marketing budget.
Quality of team management and overall departmental performance.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
