1) Content Development (50%)

Create compelling content for branding activities, such as blog posts, press releases, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Work closely with designers to produce high-quality marketing materials like company profiles, pitch decks, and video scripts.
Maintain and update branding assets, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all touchpoints.

2) Social Media Management (30%)

Develop, implement, and manage creative branding initiatives on social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Produce and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and visuals, tailored to our target audience.
Monitor performance metrics, assess engagement, and adjust strategies to optimize results.

3) Event Management (20%)

Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and virtual events, including topic selection, speaker coordination, and platform setup.
Oversee event logistics, from planning, budgeting, and organizing to on-site execution and post-event evaluations.
Collaborate with HR and Internal Communications teams to support internal events and campaigns that align with Eastgate's values.

Requirement:

At least 2 years in branding, communications, and/or event management. Prior experience in tech companies or B2B branding is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Proficient with tools like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, and other content creation platforms.
