1. Campaign & Project Implementation
· Manage end-to-end implementation of assigned marketing projects and activities across digital, in-club, and event touchpoints.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time, in full.
· Support on-ground logistics such as production, event setup, and vendor management.
· Contribute to the development of marketing materials, briefs, and presentations, supporting both campaign planning and execution stages.
· Work closely with Team Leader for project management, resource coordination, and issue resolution.
2. Project Planning & Management
· Track project timelines, deliverables, and maintain organized documentation for full project visibility.
· Support product-building efforts through market research, competitor reviews, and insight gathering that inform product and campaign strategies.
· Participate in campaign planning discussions to ensure smooth transition from strategy to execution.
· Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist in post-campaign evaluation, capturing learnings for future optimization.
· Support to develop & deliver training on new promotions or marketing initiatives to PT team
3. Brand Alignment
· Understand brand tone and ensure executions stay consistent with the defined direction.
· Draft or refine marketing materials or content when needed - an ability that will be considered a strong plus.
· Provide on-ground observations and insights to strengthen future executions.
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· 2-4 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications roles. Marketing experience in service industries is highly preferred.
· Strong project management and coordination skills; able to handle multiple workstreams independently.
· Hands-on experience in campaign rollout, event activation, or vendor coordination.
· Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
· Demonstrated ownership mindset - sees projects through from concept to completion.
