Mô tả công việc

Project: Our client brand "10,000 Coffee" is planning a major expansion to Vietnam. LAFS Hanoi will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing all marketing & PR activities of the brand. While upgrading the current branch cafe in Lotte Mall, Hanoi, LAFS will position the brand to be "high-end" and "luxury" in the Vietnam market.
Job Description:
Social Media Channel and Content Management
Maintain monthly content calendar and schedule appropriate contents
Direct/Lead all teamwork to create social media contents
Handle all interactions with fans/followers on social media
Upkeep all prominent social media chats
Suggest best use of ads budget to maximize brand awareness & exposure
Competitor Research & Analysis
Monitor marketing activities of all competitors (e.g. Trung Nguyen Legend)
Conduct in-depth research on demographics of customers at competitor cafes
Project & Team Management
Assist Project Manager in team building: Video editor, KOL Booking Specialist, Interns, and other assistants
Report all monthly activities to Creative Director and/or Project Manager

Yêu cầu

Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Required: English proficiency (No test required; only proficiency tested)
Plus: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business, TikTok Ads etc.
Plus: Experience in marketing in F&B Industry
Plus: Korean proficiency
