Mô tả công việc
1. Marketing Strategies and Planning (25%)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior.
- Propose ideas for marketing campaigns and activities throughout the year to reinforce OnPoint's leadership in Vietnam's e-commerce industry.
- Develop a detailed work plan for the given scope/workstream based on the plan.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing and digital marketing.
2. Workstream Execution (65%)
- Owned Channel Management (25%): Coordinate with creative and function teams to ensure alignment and consistency of OnPoint voice and messaging for updates on the website and social channels, including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Content Marketing (20%): Research, propose & analyze content ideas to build impactful content materials (blog, social post, landing page, short video...) for related activities.
- Digital Advertising (15%): Plan, setup, optimize & analyze digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn ads, Google Ads... (you will be trained by OP's Media expertise)
- Lead Nurturing (10%): implement lead nurturing activities across channels.
3. Report & Analysis (10%)
- Report to the line manager about the effectiveness of the assigned marketing activities with insight and plan for further improvement.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 2 years' experience in marketing or similar positions.
- Having a deep knowledge of B2B Marketing (full funnel from acquiring new leads to nurturing potential leads) and having a passion to grow further in this career path.
- Understanding of marketing channels, especially Website, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Experimental mindset with enthusiasm about learning new things and the ability to self-motivate and teamwork.
- Strong data-driven mindset.
