Content & Campaign Coordination
Draft campaign-based social media captions (Facebook, Instagram) for new product launches, activations, and promotional content.
Work with the Marketing
Designer to coordinate visual materials
KOL/KOC Collaboration Support.
Assist in sourcing and coordinating with KOL/KOC partners (under HQ alignment).
Support tracking of post performance, campaign KPIs, and deliverables
Project Support & Documentation.
Support the Senior
Marketing Manager in building campaign timelines, tracking execution.
Consolidate store photos, videos, and feedback into internal recap decks for HQ submission.
Maintain local marketing asset archives and documentation
Retail Campaign Execution.
Collaborate with store teams to prepare POSM requests, campaign signage, and customer activation support.
Travel occasionally to support key campaigns or events on-site (e.g., Ba Na Hills, Nha Trang pop-ups)
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand coordination.
Strong writing skills in English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive; basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
A positive, agile, and detail-oriented attitude

Monthly gross salary range: VND 20 - 22 million (negotiable based on experience).
