I. Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that support business growth and brand development. This role oversees local event execution, develops marketing communications, and provides marketing and sales support to enhance distributor and customer engagement.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Management (65%)
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
• Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns under the guidance of the
Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with internal
designers and external agencies to produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, promotional materials, and digital assets.
• Develop and manage marketing content for the company website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels.
• Gather feedback from distributors and customers to improve marketing campaigns, promotional programs, sales tools, and training materials.
• Monitor campaign execution and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
2. Event Management (25%)
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing events in the Southern region, including seminars, training sessions, recognition events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines, and operational plans.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, setup, registration, transportation, audiovisual requirements, and onsite execution.
• Manage event budgets and ensure expenses remain within approved limits.
• Supervise vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to ensure quality delivery.
• Coordinate contract preparation, purchase requests, payment processes, and post-event reconciliation.
• Prepare post-event evaluations and reports, including budget reconciliation and event performance analysis.
• Perform other event-related duties as assigned.
3. Customer Communication & Administrative Support (10%)
• Manage marketing communication channels to ensure timely and effective engagement with distributors and customers.
• Provide marketing support to the Sales Department and other internal stakeholders as required.
• Assist with departmental administrative tasks and documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager or Director.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or a related field.
• Experience in event management industries, direct selling (MLM), retail or FMCG is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or
digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel domestically when required.
