Senior Performance Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan, launch & optimise Meta / Google / TikTok Ads for US/EU markets.
Own ROAS, CAC & LTV and decide what to cut, hold or scale.
Analyse campaign & creative performance and drive the next round of testing.
Work directly with the Creative Team to develop new ad variations.
Build scalable testing & measurement systems and apply AI/Automation to reporting and analysis.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager, with the ability to analyse performance at both account and campaign level.
Strong numerical and logical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
High level of discipline, self-management, and ownership.
Proactive self-learner who can independently research and solve new problems.
English IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent, with the ability to read primary sources and work with US/EU markets.
Hands-on experience managing large advertising budgets with direct accountability for revenue or profit.
Experience working with US/EU markets or D2C/E-commerce businesses.
Experience with TikTok Ads.
Strong ability to use AI tools to improve productivity; experience building AI Agents or Automation workflows is a major advantage.
WORKING TIME & LOCATION
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM (paid as a full working day).
