Mô tả công việc
A. Implementing Promotions, Campaigns & Marketing Plans:
Collaborate with Sales teams to clarify, outline, and implement marketing and business plans that support company goals, covering online, offline, and event activities.
Work closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Communications teams to ensure timely project execution, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide input and take the lead in offline execution of campaigns across all covered locations.
Assist in creating briefs for all collaterals, manage the creative production process, and ensure timely delivery with adherence to brand guidelines.
Track and manage collateral and marketing gift inventory at club level; coordinate with suppliers for replenishment and ensure timely payment.
Support develop and maintain the budget for all initiatives; report performance and results to upper management.
Report on campaign effectiveness, ensuring consistent implementation of visual guidelines across all channels and communications.
Support research on competitors, campaigns, and market trends prior to planning new product rollouts, club launching and campaigns.
B. Generating Leads & Establishing Partnerships:
Work with sales teams to gather referral and activation leads and monitor lead targets.
Work with cross-functional teams to generate joint marketing / lead generation efforts.
Assist and participate in the process of gathering leads through activation / events, and work to consolidate the database of all leads generated. Maintain the database of leads by ensuring data consistency.
C. Other tasks as per request of manager and company

Contribute to team culture by sharing ideas on how to improve any initiative currently being pursued or lending a helping hand / expertise wherever it may be necessary.

Yêu cầu
University Degree strongly preferred, ideally in a relevant degree such as marketing, advertising, communications, business, entrepreneurship or similar
Good communication skill both in Speaking and Writing
Organizational skill: Keep the tasks delivered on time, budgets in check, detailed oriented.
High flexibility and problem solving: manage the ad-hocs in a proper way which meets the standard of budget and timeline
Having fitness and beauty sense and creativity in work is a plus
Duration: 3 months
