A. Implementing and Executing Marketing and Sales Plans:
Work in conjunction with the Senior
Marketing Executive and Sales team to implement marketing and business plans including online, offline and events.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure timely project execution, and problem solve any issues that may arise.
Assist with brief creation for all collaterals and project manage the creative production of the same to ensure timely delivery of the same. Ensure all collaterals are on brand.
Keep track of any collateral or marketing gift replenishment needs at club level and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of the same. Work to ensure suppliers are paid on time.
Report on the effectiveness of campaigns and issue recommendations from your learnings.
Ensure consistent implementation of visual guidelines across all channels and communication means.
B. Generating Leads & Establishing Partnerships:
Work with sales teams to gather referral and activation leads and monitor daily lead targets for the same.
Work with cross-functional teams to generate joint marketing / lead generation efforts.
Assist and participate in the process of gathering leads through activation / events and work to consolidate the database of all leads generated. Maintain the database of leads by ensuring data consistency.
C. Communications:
Managing social media accounts (Facebook, forums, etc.).
Potentially manage & create the content in social media, Create top campaign/ content to attract quality followers.
Supporting in the planning, execution and optimization of campaigns to deliver large volumes of high-potential leads in social media.
Coordination and management of communications in the planning and execution.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
2nd year university student (or above is preferred) who can work at least 3 full days per week, ideally in a relevant degree such as marketing, advertising, communications, business, entrepreneurship or similar
Good communication skill both in Speaking and Writing
Organizational skill: Keep the tasks delivered on time, budgets in check, detailed oriented
High flexibility and problem solving: manage the ad-hocs in a proper way which meets the standard of budget and timeline
Having fitness and beauty sense and creativity in work is a plus.
