Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Social Media Support:
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), with a special focus on food-related topics.
Monitor and engage with audience interactions on social channels, building connections with food enthusiasts.
Research content trends and best practices to enhance engagement, especially for educational and inspiring food content.
2. Campaign & Event Support:
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and tracking their performance.
Support the planning and coordination of events, partnerships, and activations.
Help prepare marketing materials and presentations.
3. Research & Data Analysis:
Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends in F&B and food, as well as consumer behavior in this area.
Assist in tracking and recording campaign performance metrics, especially engagement related to food content.
Support reporting marketing results and proposing improvements aimed at the food-loving community.
4. Administrative & Team Support:
Organize and maintain marketing assets, databases, and documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when needed.
Provide general support to the marketing team in daily tasks and projects.
Qualifications
University student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Passion for
digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
Strong communication and writing skills in English and Vietnamese.
Familiarity with social media platforms and emerging digital trends.
Basic knowledge of graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
