We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth for our core business segments: IT Solutions, Software Development Services, and our Tech Academy. You will lead a talented team to enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality B2B leads, and build a thriving tech community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing
• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for IT Solutions, Software Development Services, and the Tech Academy.
• Define target customer segments, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), customer journeys, and brand positioning.
• Formulate growth and brand awareness strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
2. B2B Lead Generation & Growth
• Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, Webinars/Events, Email Marketing, and Paid Ads.
• Establish strategic partnerships and build tech communities to support business growth.
• Optimize the full conversion funnel: Awareness → Lead → Opportunity → Customer.
• Align closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
3. Branding & Content Strategy
• Oversee the content strategy, focusing on tech thought leadership, case studies, Founder/Expert branding, AI & software trends, and Academy-related content.
• Manage social media channels, websites, and the company's digital brand image.
• Elevate the company's brand positioning within the technology ecosystem.
4. Academy Growth & Community Building
• Develop student acquisition strategies for tech training programs covering AI,
Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, and DevOps/Cloud.
• Build and nurture student communities and the broader tech ecosystem.
• Organize workshops, webinars, tech events, and hackathons.
5. Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team (Content, Design, Performance Marketing, and Media/Events).
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to track marketing effectiveness.
• Manage the marketing budget and optimize Return on Investment (ROI).
Must-haves:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors: IT Services, Software Outsourcing, SaaS, AI/Tech Startups, or EdTech.
• Deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and growth strategies.
• Strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience in Founder or Expert Branding.
• Strong understanding of the
developer audience and tech communities.
• Track record of building communities or organizing tech events.
• Hands-on experience with: LinkedIn Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO & Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
• Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher) OR strong professional English communication skills.
