Mô tả công việc
● Develop weekly and monthly marketing plans based on business priorities, product launches, retail activities, e-commerce campaigns, and brand-building needs.
● Plan and execute marketing campaigns for licensed IP products, collectible products, retail launches, promotional campaigns, events, and brand activities.
● Lead content direction across BAMU's brand, product, retail, e-commerce, and IP-related channels.
● Build and manage content calendars for social media and campaign communication.
● Brief and coordinate designers, content creators, junior team members, freelancers, agencies, and external partners.
● Review marketing materials before release to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, visual quality, and commercial relevance.
● Work closely with sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, creative, and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
● Support retail, e-commerce, KOL/KOC, PR, community, and partnership marketing activities.
● Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports covering progress, results, issues, learnings, and next steps.
● Improve marketing workflows for briefing, planning, approval, reporting, and follow-up.

Yêu cầu
● 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, campaign execution, social media, content marketing, retail marketing, consumer product marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
● Experience coordinating junior team members, designers, content creators, freelancers, agencies, or external vendors is preferred.
● Experience in entertainment, IP, licensing, toys, collectibles, gaming, anime, pop culture, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce is a plus.
● Strong ability to turn business objectives into clear execution plans.
● Good understanding of social media, content planning, short-form video, campaign mechanics, KOL/KOC, PR, retail marketing, and e-commerce marketing.
● Able to write clear briefs and manage multiple campaigns, launches, and deadlines at the same time.
● Good creative judgment, attention to detail, and basic reporting skills.
● Hands-on, proactive, organized, responsible, and execution-driven.
● Strong Vietnamese communication skills. English is a plus.
● Experience coordinating junior team members, designers, content creators, freelancers, agencies, or external vendors is preferred.
