The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth across all channels. The role ensures effective brand communication, marketing campaigns, and collaboration with sales, merchandising, and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Manage
digital marketing channels (social media, influencers, online campaigns).
• Manage CRM programs to analyze customer data, improve loyalty, and drive repeat purchases.
• Support retail stores with marketing activities to increase traffic and sales.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
• Manage marketing budget and track campaign performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years experience in marketing as managerial position (preferably fashion retail).
• Strong skills in campaign management, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
• Experience in CRM management and customer data analysis to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Experience working with marketing agencies and managing large-scale branding events such as fashion shows, reality shows, product launches, and major brand campaigns.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
