Mô tả công việc
• Build, plan, and execute the overall digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on performance-driven campaigns.
• Manage marketing strategies across tech and retail divisions to ensure efficient execution.
• Scale digital ad spend across key platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other growth channels.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using advanced analytics.
• Report campaign insights to management and propose future strategies aligned with company goals.
• Apply strong project-management frameworks to support efficient and collaborative execution.
• Work closely with media partners to tailor audience-focused campaigns.
• Stay informed about the financial markets, especially topics like currency trends, gold prices, or global economic shifts, and leverage these insights to build relevant and timely marketing content or campaigns.

Yêu cầu
• A team player with 3-5 years of experience in financial services, technology, online platforms, or related industries.
• 5+ years of marketing experience (in-house or agency).
• 3+ years of data analytics and reporting experience to drive data-informed decisions.
• 3+ years of experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget).
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Demonstrated capability in lead generation funnels, SEO, email marketing, paid media, social media, CRO, branding, and copywriting.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strategic thinker capable of identifying market opportunities and converting them into business impact.
• Strong interest or understanding of the financial markets, including currency trends, gold prices, and global economic shifts, with the ability to translate these topics into meaningful marketing strategies.
• Positive mindset with a track record of overcoming challenges.
• 5+ years of marketing experience (in-house or agency).
• 3+ years of data analytics and reporting experience to drive data-informed decisions.
• 3+ years of experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget).
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
