Mô tả công việc
- Develop marketing strategy for the business (short term and long term) to meet goals and objectives of the company including the company branding and strategy for new and existing products.
- Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital activities and PR.
- Work closely with the company's Sales team and understand the unique selling proposition of the company; enable sales team to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, product's knowledge and presentations and media support.
- Develop product porfolio by analyzing the market demand and source potential products for Viet Nam Market Work closely with product team to define marketing materials and programs to ensure the marketing objectives are implemented and efficiency and comply with Marketing strategy.
- Enhance company reputation and products by developing and managing social media.
- Develop and deliver marketing and communication strategies for the organization.
- Understand market by coordinating with sales teams and continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
- Strong cooperate, collaborate and coordinate with all departments in the company to drive business as the set strategies.
- Manage marketing budget and period reports. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Manage and motivate marketing team following marketing strategy, including planning personnel, recruiting right people, mentoring, coaching, developing, disciplining peopleand appraising job results.
Yêu cầu
* Experience:
- Min 3 years marketing experience with a high skill level in Food/ Beverage industry.
- Have experience in FMCG marketing mix is a plus.
- Experience in marketing with a mix of ATL & promotions
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Knowledge of strategic MKT practices, and best practices in marketing.
- Experience with CRM is preferred.
