* Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager has overall responsibility for growing revenue, increasing market share and contributing to company growth and profitability.
*Major Accountabilities
- Develop a marketing strategy for new and existing products or services in line with overall company's strategy and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
- Set and administer an annual marketing budget, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, ROI and profit-loss projections
*Market Research
- Identify market opportunities and gain better understanding of customers' needs
- Understand competitors' strength and weaknesses
- Research and study industry reports, market data, survey customers' needs and trends
- Continually review changes to the market, customers' trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
*Product Development
- Develop product concept based on customer expectations
- Analyze existing products on the local market and also oversee
- Set up business plan per product and project
- Work with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share
*Communications
- Plan campaigns and develop communications material to promote products and services to customers and prospects.
- Manage and measure marketing campaign costs
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
- Develop a brand strategy to build brand awareness and positioning.
- Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- Work with the HR department and ensure employees of the company are kept informed and motivated through several channels, such as a staff intranet, email bulletins, social media and regular newsletters
* Sales Support
- Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively (presentations, reply mechanism, website/on site visitor registrations, promotional items, etc)
*Events
- Organize company events, trade shows, and major events that contributes to company's growing revenues
*Key Performance Indicators
- Marketing ROI
- New prospect contacts rate per month
- Qualified leads per month
- Cost per lead
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant field; Master degree will be a plus.
- 10+ years of demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects
- Solid understanding of of the Real Estate Market and Concept, and different business model.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- 5+ Years of experience in a managerial role including Sales team
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
- High level of Adaptability
- Result driven
- Fluent English written and verbal
