1. JOB PURPOSE
• To provide leadership and manage relationships with key student engagement agencies both internally and externally
• To develope, coordinate and manage student recruitment operations, leading direct marketing campaigns for New Initiative programs for Green City Academy International Board School and leading online digital marketing nationwide to meet student recruitment targets
• To coordinate, coach and support the Student Recruitment and Marketing Team of the New Initiatives programs in Ha Noi and other locations nationwide in order to provide effective and efficient student recruitment and marketing strategies nationwide
2. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
• Lead and champion a collaborative and accountable work environment within which team members of the new Initiatives programs strive for excellence in customer service and effective administration.
Customer Service
• Design, develop and implement annual customer service and market engagement plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders as part of the school.
• Provide innovative recommendations for the continual improvement of and student accessibility to products and services offered by the school.
Information, Marketing & Event
• Manage the development and maintenance of up-to-date information in all mediums on all courses for Student Recruitment, Marketing and other stakeholders as required.
Student Recruitment & Marketing
• Lead student recruitment and annual marketing campaigns of new Initiative programs
• Lead online digital campaigns of New Initiatives programs to build awareness and generate enquiries.
• Manage student recruitment and marketing programs, including but not limited to working with high schools, international schools, education and training institutions, industry, agents and organising information sessions for the purpose of generating sales.

3. COMPETENCIES
3.1. COMPETENCIES (BEHAVIORAL)
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation, liaison, and cross-cultural communication.
• The ability to convey complex information, ideas and concepts clearly and efficiently to a variety of different audiences.
3.2 COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
• Holder of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Media.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role providing sales or marketing or customer-centred service.
•• Experience in business development and the project management of events and functions
•• Experience in identifying customer drivers, buying and decision making behaviour
•• Knowledge and understanding of the education market and challenges within this industry is desirable.
•• Experience with developing service standards and/or service level agreements.
•• Experience in successfully managing marketing and marketing campaign strategies with significant strengths in digital marketing.
• Excellent people management experience with ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
• Good written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
• Excellent computer skills
