Mô tả công việc
- Design all marketing plans by brands and categories, including launch of new brands & products and food education campaigns
- Create and implement promotional campaigns & events (in-store and out-store) to increase brand awareness, revenues and customers base loyalty
- Work in relation with purchasing team, local and foreign suppliers for
· Ordering the right quantities of products to reach our target per campaign and promotion
· Sourcing new permanent items to improve our assortment
· Sourcing new temporary items by campaign
- Work in relation with Operation & Training Team to contribute to manage the item classification database : Item codification creation and update (price, typology, assortment...)
- Manage stores visual merchandising: provide to sales team, merchandising tools to refer in order to keep as regular the same visual & merchandising in all our shops.
- General support for stores :
· Briefing about all actions in store and work with stores staff for good implementation and follow up : promotions brief template, guidelines and tools available.
· Help in designing to appropriate marketing tools for each store to reach their target
- Monitor and improve customer service :
· Clients / Prospects / Partners databases : management, optimization, data mining
· Customers Satisfaction : Comments Customer Service Email, Comment box in store, online comments, Satisfaction survey (twice a year), Mystery shoppers
· Price and discount policy : Follow up, set up on AX, Control procedure...
· Responsible for voucher emission and sales : process, production, follow up, inventory management, sales by store, gift vouchers (Bday / customers gesture / media payment)
· Additional services : delivery, lounge menu, menu of the day, delivery menu, online food delivery, catering menu, cakebook, Recipes (folder/standee), gift service...
- Manage all brand image & media initiatives
- Manage design and production of all materials of AGM
- Strategic analysis :
· Geomarketing : catchment area analysis / store
- New stores / New Concept opening :
· Support for the layout design
· Advise in sourcing of furniture, signage, display, materials to be consistent with the general concept
· General merchandising
· Communication plan for the opening
- Monitor and sales report on all marketing initiatives + Follow up of MKT expenses and budget
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree with the major in Marketing / Business Management/ Commerce
- Having at least 5 years in marketing roles in FMCG company/ retailer
- Demonstrate excellent business relationship building and communication skills with all external stakeholders
- Good strategy planning, P&L management and analytical skills
- Ability to build positive internal and external working relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Vietnamese
- Able to project management
- Broad understanding of business management needs in addition to purely marketing
- Can demonstrate strong 'hands-on' people management
