Mô tả công việc
− Working with Management to develop Marketing Strategies on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
− Spearheading branding and marketing efforts in various integrated communication and marketing activities, with a main focus on PR, events, content creation, digital branding & marketing (both on local and overseas platforms)
− Developing key advertising theme and managing integrated marketing campaigns, maximizing advertising effectiveness in a variety of channels;
− Developing/maintaining relationship with the media and being able to organize/chair press related events;
− Coordinating design and production of a wide range of marketing collaterals;
− Developing and maintaining sales proposals and collateral, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing;
− Reviewing and controlling brand identity matters in both Ads and marketing collaterals designs, publishing channels, content write-up as well as preventing/correcting the publishing of wrongful information;
− Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications;
− Writing and maintaining content and providing monthly updates to website(s);
− Assisting in writing, tracking and delivery of press releases;
− Monitoring online blogs and social media for tracking communications related to the brand of a company;
− Planning and managing marketing research efforts; working with customers in developing case studies, references, and testimonials;
Yêu cầu
− Excellent English and Vietnamese;
− Excellent writing, translation and presentation skills with computer proficiency;
− Creative, hardworking and team player, able to effectively communicate creative and innovative ideas;
− Extensive network of contacts in the VN media and ability to build strong working relationships to attain goals;
− Past experience and knowledge of Vietnam real estate market;
− Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines;
− Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing;
− Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member;
− Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative;
− Must be willing to travel frequently in Vietnam and abroad
** Qualifications:
− Experience working in Project Sales and Marketing;
− Bachelor's degree in related field;
− Degree from an accredited institution
